What Information do we collect?

Personal Contact details via Contact Form

We collect and utilise information that is voluntarily provided by the user in our contract form, in order to provide our services. Oliver Rees Photography collects information that it sees as necessary in order to carry out services. By using our contact form, we will collect:

  • Your name (and partners name if applicable for a couple/wedding shoot)
  • You contact telephone number
  • Your email address
  • The date on which you wish for your shoot to take place
  • Type of job (wedding, engagement, family etc)
  • Any additional details you wish to mention regarding your shoot, including but not limited to; location, venue, styling details, number of attendees.

This data is collected via our contact form and processed via a third party software ‘Studio Ninja’, a client management system. We will use this data to reply to your contact form and carry our any necessary services.

User Analytics

In addition to information collected via our contact form, we utilise analytics software (WP Analytics) to gather data on the user’s activity within our site, in order to make improvements to user experience on the site and gather an understanding of our audience – I.e how you found us, via search engine, via web address, via Facebook. This analytics site will not gather personal information that makes you identifiable to us.

How is you information collected?

Your information is collected using the two methods above – via our contact form should you choose to complete it and through WP Analytics.

How we protect your data

Oliver Rees Photography will never share or sell your data onto a third party. Members of Oliver Rees Photography (Oliver Rees & Lauren Morgan) are granted access to use this data for contact purposes and service provision only. In the event of adding a second shooter to your package, we will provide the contracted second shooter with minimal, essential details only which are needed to carry out a service under our business.
