You can probably already tell how much we love photographing weddings at Rosedew Farm. Being a creative wedding photographer we are like kids in a sweet shop whenever we photograph weddings at this stunning venue. If you have taken a look at our style, then you know we try and make each and everyone of our wedding couples photos unique. It would be easy to take the exact same shots every time we are at Rosedew Farm, the photos would still look amazing, but we like to go that extra mile thinking of new and creative ways to make your wedding unique.

There is an abundance of wedding photography hotspots at Rosedew Farm and here is just a select few of our favourites. We love starting our couple shots with you walking towards us pretending to be tipsy, this is the perfect way to get you relaxed in front of the camera whilst getting stunning candid wedding photos. The great barn is known for its perfectly symmetrical windows that light up your ceremony and reception with beautiful natural light. We love to take advantage of the windows by having our couples simply stand in each one and then walk towards eachother for a cwtch.
Gaynor is always at hand to drive us down to the clifftops that look out over the ocean, allowing us to take some more dramatic couple portraits, making use of the beaming sun or even your veil for those jaw dropping shots we are known for (our style)..
Where can you get ready at Rosedew Farm?
Rosedew Farm boasts beautifully restored barns, several lodges and even a campsite! to cater for you and your guests on the day of your wedding.
- Farmers Barns : Choose from five unique cottages that encapsulate the Great Barn. These are the best accommodation spots for the closest members of the wedding including the couple. Each barn has its own garden and patio allowing for some beautiful wedding preparation photos, whilst also having those all important self catering facilities and free wifi!
- Farmers Lodges : Six cosy log cabins that are only a short walk away from the great barn. Each cabin is equipped for a self catering stay, BBQ’s can also be provided if you would like to eat out on the patio. These cabins are great for a relaxed wedding day experience for your wedding guests.
- Farmers Yard : Fancy a more hotel feel? Then the Farmers yard is the one to book! With three king rooms and three twin rooms to choose from. The farmers yard is great for families with lots of relatives. You can also treat yourself to breakfast at the Acorn which is only 100 meters away.
- Acorn Campsite : Six colourful shepherd’s huts and farmers arcs able to host two guests each. This is a brilliant getaway for young couples or families on your family or friends wedding day.
What are the ceremony options at Rosedew Farm?
Rosedew Farm celebrates all of its wedding ceremonies in the great barn and I mean, why wouldn’t they! Beautiful natural light, wide open space for over 60 guests and a breathtaking backdrop. This beautiful barn is licensed to host both civil and humanist ceremonies but also acknowledges that you may want a church wedding and then joining them for the wedding breakfast later on in the day.
What are the reception options at Rosedew Farm?
Just like with the wedding ceremony, the great barn is the centre attraction for your wedding ceremony with a seemless room turnaround whilst you and your guests enjoy some drinks and canapés in the cwtch. Rosedew Farm offers a speak system service that allows all of your guests to hear all those funny and potentially embarrassing memories that you and your friends/family share during the traditional wedding day speeches.
