We love to chat and booking in for a free, no-strings attached chat with us is one of the best ways to get to choose your South Wales Wedding photographer. We always love hearing about your wedding days and seeing the excitement on your faces when we discuss what we can do to capture your wedding day in a unique and creative way. You most definitely will go away smiling with the hardest decision being what package to go for.
Booking fee
We ask for a non-refundable £200 deposit to secure your wedding date with us. This can be paid up to 7-days after asking us to book you in. Your remaining balance is due one month prior to your wedding.
Pre-wedding photoshoot
Let’s remove the awkwardness about being in front of the camera. Our pre-wedding photoshoots are the perfect opportunity to become confident in front of the camera and know how we work (pretty much having a lot of fun and sharing bad jokes). We have been to some absolutely amazing locations for these pre-wedding photoshoots and cannot wait to see more of our amazing country with our couples. This an be added to your collection at an additional cost.
Questionnaire
Being an experienced South Wales wedding photographer means we know the wedding day process inside and out. We have created a series of questionnaires that will be sent to you at specific points throughout your wedding planning journey, our most important being your Wedding Day Timeline and Wedding Suppliers Questionnaires. These allow us to pre-plan how we will work on your wedding day to ensure you have a great day that doesn’t get delayed. We also ask you to include your group shot list – we advise no more than 10 group shots to keep things running smoothly. The supplier questionnaire allows us to tag your wedding suppliers on social media to show them how amazing you looked on your wedding day.
Wedding!
The Big Day! All those months of planning from choosing the venue to perfecting the smallest of details has all come together. Our best advice is to take moments throughout your wedding day to look around and take in the moment with your partner. Try to relax and not stress about everything going to plan, we will be there along with your wedding coordinator to ensure everything goes to plan. We typically take you away for 20 minutes after your ceremony and 20 minutes around sunset/dusk to capture your couple shots.
Sneak peeks
We are so passionate about wedding photography we cannot wait to get home and edit a few wedding photos for you to have as a quick preview within 24 hours of your special day. Seeing your wedding photos on social media, your fantastic reactions and reading everyones amazing comments makes us smile so much. This is the whole reason why we photograph weddings, to make people happy.
Full gallery
We aim to deliver your gallery within 5-8 weeks of your wedding. We always keep you updated with our editing schedule.
Product Design
We ask you to select your favourite photos within your wedding gallery by pressing the ‘like’ button. We will then use this selection to develop your wedding product and work with you to choose the finer details of your album.
