When shooting a wedding at Cobbles you just know it is going to be a big family gathering, loads of smiles, great food and an epic party.
Jenna and Christians wedding was no exception. And as a lucky bonus they had a gorgeous dog who had belly rubs off of pretty much every wedding guest, staff and of course me!
This was such an amazing wedding day with plenty of precious moments captured and an overall relaxed and fun-filled wedding day in the heart of Ogmore.
Wedding Ceremony at Cobbles Weddings and Events
With it being quite an intimate wedding day with the couples closest family and friends, the couple decided to have their wedding ceremony in the barn. Which was witnessed by family, friends and the couples beloved dog.
Group Photos at Cobbles
When it comes to group photos, I always recommend in my catchup calls before the wedding to my couples a list of approximately 9-15 groups. I personally find that this number allows for all of the immediate family and close friends to have a photo with the couple, without them taking too long. These are the photos that are going to be displayed on a wall or nans mantlepiece, so its important the scene is perfect.
Couple Portraits
For the main part of the day, I like to keep my couple photo sessions quite relaxed and not taking up too much time. Capturing in between moments and taking the couple away for a few snaps when guests are pre-occupied with sitting down for food etc.
Reception at Cobbles
The couple had gone with my advice of booking Adam Reeves the magician to provide endless entertainment for all the guests during their wedding reception. This is worth its weight in gold as not only do you have amazing memories but equally epic photos to match!
Golden Hour at Cobbles
As with most of my cobbles couples, Jenna and Christian had seen my previous photos from Southerndown beach and made sure they had their turn!
We were blessed to have the entire beach to ourselves and the couple embraced every bit of it!
And that magic truly shines through in their photos.
