Being a Cobbles Weddings and Events recommended supplier, we find ourselves back at this beautifully rustic venue on a regular basis. Cobbles is an absolute dream wedding venue to photograph weddings at, with the boho vibe interior making for the perfect backdrop and not forgetting the beautiful Welsh seaside only a stone’s throw away.
Jade and Richard booked with us late in 2021 for their cobbles wedding and from the start we knew it was going to be a very fun day, with Jade being so excited to have booked us as their cobbles wedding photographer and discussing all of her big day plans.
Bridal Prep
We met up with Jade at her sisters house which had been beautifully decorated with wedding balloons. Bridal prep was in full swing by the time we arrived, with lots of prosseco being passed around the room. The house was beautiful lit with natural light and the hallway made for a stunning setting for some bridal dress pictures.
Jade had definitely read up on our instagram posts about bridal details and had a box of her wedding invites, perfume, jewellery and other important wedding day details for us to capture. We love creating unique flatly’s of bridal and groom details to highlight all of those important parts that make your wedding day unique to you.
Groom Prep
Richard had a very relaxed groom prep at the couples family home with their boys and close friends. Richard was quite nervous so we kept their prep short so it wasn’t too intense before he made his way to cobbles.
Cobbles weddings and Events ceremony
Before we knew it, it was time for Jade to walk down the beautifully detailed aisle in the hayloft. It was a lovely, intimate ceremony that ended with the newly-wed couple sharing a kiss. The hayloft is always a pleasure to capture wedding ceremonies in, with stunning light and design making for a perfect rustic, boho wedding day.
With a swift move to downstairs it was confetti time! We love confetti shots as it gets everyone involved and always makes for such a fun photo. Take a look below to see the end result.
Cobbles weddings and Events reception
Jade decided that she wanted to go to Ogmore Vale for their wedding couple photos, so with a quick drive down the lane we arrived at a beautiful castle that made for the perfect backdrop. We love making every wedding couples wedding photos unique and this gorgeous setting did not disappoint.
Party Time! we spent the rest of the evening photographing the couples wedding party that went down a storm with some awesome wedding DJ Ibiza style tunes and a unique band to play some cool old school hits for the parents to dance along too.
