Lauren and James
Steeped in local history, Cobbles is a beautiful 16th century Sutton stone building is the perfect place for couples wanting an intimate wedding
Lauren and James had chosen to have their wedding day at the beautifully rustic Cobbles Deli in Ogmore. We met the couple via zoom call, with COVID-19 still being a very current topic and the world being pretty much converted to speaking via computer screens by this point.
There was an immediate connection shared between us and the couple, with them wanting the relaxed documentary wedding photography style that we just love defining our style as being. With James being a professional baker, there was even some bribery of potential pastries!

Cobbles Wedding and Events – Wedding Ceremony
Lauren and James had chosen to have the wedding ceremony in the beautifully decorated Hayloft, being surrounded by their closest friends and family.
The registrars in the Vale of Glamorgan are always an absolute pleasure to work alongside, making sure that we were able to capture those magical moments of the couple getting married.
Wedding reception at Cobbles
A shower of confetti later, with some backup confetti by nan led the couple into their wedding reception in the light and airy marquee.
Night celebrations at Cobbles Weddings and Events
Professional baker in the day and breakdancer at night, James truly blew us away with his dance moves following the couples beautiful first dance. He took the term twerking to a whole new level!
